BABY BLUE

This is a 24x48 Inch acrylic painting on canvas. It symbolizes the moment in my life when I found out that I was going to be having a son. It inspired me to paint something for my child before they were born. I used deep blues and whites over top of a pink and purple under layer. My girlfriend and I believed we were going to have a boy when everyone else had believed other wise. When we found out that we were actually having a boy, I was more then thrilled. This painting is a representation of those emotions, feelings, moments. This is dedicated to my Son William who is now 13 months old.
